The Berkey Light® System is our most economical full size water filtration solution. Equipped with powerful Black Berkey® filtration elements, the Berkey Light® gravity-fed water filtration system offers the same contaminant reduction performance as our stainless steel systems, but in a more rugged design that’s super-durable and very lightweight. It's perfect for use at destinations on the go or at home.

The Berkey Light is constructed of a non-BPA/BPS copolyester, which does not retain or leach any foul odors into your water. It's see-through, so you can quickly determine the amount of water in the upper container.

It is a lower-cost, more portable, and lightweight alternative to this brand's stainless steel models. The system is compatible with PF-2 filters, which can be purchased separately.

Designed for travel, on-the-go activities, and unexpected emergencies, the Berkey Light Water Filter is a compact, lightweight, see-through system that filters freshwater sources.

 It can provide drinking water from freshwater sources. The Berkey Light Water Filter is a compact unit that stands 26.5" (67.3 cm) tall without a base. It is made from BPA-free, shatter-proof copolyester and contains a proprietary blend of five media types.

The Berkey Light system has an ergonomic design that makes it easy to use. The base raises the system, so it is easier to position a drinking glass. The system is also compatible with PF-2 Fluoride and Arsenic Reduction Filters.

Unlike other water filtration systems, the Berkey Light system does not have to be connected to electricity or tools.

The Berkey Light is a great portable water filtration system that will not break the bank. It can provide enough water for up to 20 people during an emergency.

The Berkey Light water filter can be used in any situation, although it was originally intended as a lightweight, lower-cost, portable substitute for our bigger stainless steel items. It only weighs six pounds. The Berkey Light can hold up to 2.75 gallons of filtered water and deliver sufficient water for clusters of up to 10 to 20 people.

The malleable is not factory-made with or is comprised of any Bisphenol-A. The Berkey Light filter system does not percolate filthy-tasting plasticizers into your water and will not maintain the filthy odor and taste from waterborne impurities.

Most Berkey Light water filter items come with two filters and two plugs and can receive four filters. The two Black Berkey Filters have a unit good for up to approximately 6,000 gallons of filtered drinking water. It is the most cost-effective of our larger units.

You will get extra Black Berkey elements if you purchase a four-filter model. You can easily convert a larger system anytime if you need a higher water current rate.

Just remove the provided plugs from the uppermost container and add extra filters. The Berkey Light water has ample instructions and everything you need to start using it and enjoying the benefits of great-tasting, clear, and safe drinking water anywhere you go.
